Notice on the Implementation of the Electronic Securities System

The Act on Electronic Registration of Stocks and Bonds took effect on September 16, 2019. This notice was issued pursuant to Article 3(3) of the Addenda to that Act in order to protect the rights of holders of the Company's share certificates subject to conversion to electronic securities.
