Notice to Creditors Regarding Submission of Objections

At the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on May 25, 2022, HANSAE-MK Co., Ltd. approved a merger agreement under which HANSAE-MK would be the surviving company and Hansae Dream Co., Ltd. would be the disappearing company. HANSAE-MK would succeed to Hansae Dream's assets, liabilities, rights, and obligations.

Pursuant to Article 527-5 of the Commercial Act, creditors objecting to the merger were requested to submit written objections within the period stated below.

• Eligible creditors: Creditors holding claims against HANSAE-MK as of the date of this notice.
• Objection period: May 26 through June 28, 2022.
• Submission location: Accounting Department, HANSAE-MK Co., Ltd., 633 Nonhyeon-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
