Notice of Personal Information Transfer in Connection with the Merger

The merger agreement between HANSAE-MK Co., Ltd. and Hansae Dream Co., Ltd. was approved at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on May 25, 2022. HANSAE-MK was scheduled to absorb Hansae Dream effective July 1, 2022.

As a result of the merger, personal information held by Hansae Dream concerning customers, business partners, employees of affiliates performing Hansae Dream-related work, and Hansae Dream employees would be transferred to HANSAE-MK. HANSAE-MK would securely manage the transferred information and process it only for the original purposes for which it was collected.
