Notice of Final Issue Price and Subscription Schedule
In connection with HANSAE-MK's capital increase by way of a rights offering followed by a public offering of unsubscribed shares, the Company announces the final issue price calculated using June 20, 2025, the third trading day preceding the first day of the existing-shareholder subscription, together with the subscription schedule beginning June 25, 2025.
- Final issue price: KRW 798 per share.
- Employee stock ownership association subscription: June 25, 2025.
- Existing shareholder subscription: June 25 through June 26, 2025.
- Public offering: June 30 through July 1, 2025. The public offering will proceed only if unsubscribed shares remain after the existing-shareholder subscription. The results and whether the public offering will proceed will be disclosed through the Financial Supervisory Service's electronic disclosure system.
Subscription Offices
- Employee stock ownership association: Head office and branches of Eugene Investment & Securities Co., Ltd.
- Existing shareholders holding subscription rights certificates: Special-account holders may subscribe through the head office and branches of Eugene Investment & Securities. General shareholders may subscribe through the securities company in which their HANSAE-MK shares were deposited on the record date, or through Eugene Investment & Securities' head office, branches, website, HTS, or MTS.
- Public offering, including qualifying high-yield/high-risk investment trusts: Eugene Investment & Securities' head office, branches, website, HTS, or MTS.
