Subscription Units
- More than 100 and up to 1,000 shares: units of 100 shares.
- More than 1,000 and up to 5,000 shares: units of 500 shares.
- More than 5,000 and up to 10,000 shares: units of 1,000 shares.
- More than 10,000 and up to 50,000 shares: units of 5,000 shares.
- More than 50,000 and up to 100,000 shares: units of 10,000 shares.
- More than 100,000 and up to 500,000 shares: units of 50,000 shares.
- More than 500,000 and up to 1,000,000 shares: units of 100,000 shares.
- More than 1,000,000 and up to 2,500,000 shares: units of 500,000 shares.

Allocation Notes
Because this offering is a capital increase by a company listed on the Korea Exchange, at least five percent of the public-offering shares will be allocated to qualifying high-yield/high-risk investment trusts in accordance with the applicable securities underwriting regulations. The remaining 95 percent will be allocated to other general subscribers. Subscription ratios and final allocations will be calculated separately for each subscriber category.
A qualifying high-yield/high-risk investment trust must visit a branch and submit documents confirming that it satisfies the applicable eligibility requirements, is not subject to the relevant exclusion provisions, and stating its total assets.
