Notice Inviting Recommendations for Preliminary Outside Director Candidates
HANSAE-MK invited shareholders to recommend preliminary outside director candidates in order to strengthen communication with shareholders and improve the transparency of the appointment process.

| Eligibility to recommend | A shareholder who had held HANSAE-MK shares for at least six months as of February 2, 2026. |

| Required qualifications | No statutory ground for disqualification under the Commercial Act or other applicable laws; substantial expertise and practical experience in management, finance and accounting, risk management, ESG, legal affairs, or a related field; independence from specific interests; and strong ethics and responsibility. |
| Submission period | February 2 through February 13, 2026, until 6:00 p.m. Postal submissions were accepted if postmarked by February 13. |

Required documents
- Outside director candidate recommendation form in the Company format.
- Consent to collection and use of personal information, one copy each for the recommending shareholder and the preliminary candidate.
- Proof of the recommending shareholder's shareholding.
Selection and other notes
- Recommended candidates would be reviewed strictly and fairly by the internal nomination task force and the Outside Director Candidate Recommendation Committee.
- A candidate would be excluded immediately if any false statement was found in the submitted materials.
- Submitted documents would not be returned, and only final candidates would be notified individually.
