Notice of Appointment of External Auditor

Pursuant to Article 10 of the Act on External Audit of Stock Companies, the Company appointed Samjong KPMG as its external auditor for three consecutive fiscal years from 2026 through 2028.

The appointment is hereby announced on the Company's website pursuant to Article 12(1) of the Act on External Audit of Stock Companies and Article 18(1) of its Enforcement Decree.

2. Date of appointment: February 11, 2026
3. Audit engagement period: January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2028
4. Assessment of auditor suitability: Appropriate
5. Other: The appointment was approved by resolution of the Audit Committee.
